Afin de renforcer nos projets nous avons à l'heure actuelle plusieurs ouvertures de poste en intérim

1- Contrà´leur de gestion : Bac + 2 ayant une expérience de 2 ans en alternance (ou en traditionnel) ou débutant à former

2- Contrà´leur de gestion Bac + 4 ou 5 type école de commerce ou ingénieur ayant une expérience d'au moins 2 ans ou débutant à former

 Project set-up:

• Analyse and understand in detail the Project Contract and Scope
• In liaison with the Estimating and Tender Teams, review and analyse the As-Sold budget whose detailed description is given in SUCCESS ESTIMATOR
• In liaison with the Estimating and Tender Teams, review and analyse the cash plan (in/out) and modify and/or detail this plan
• Establish the Work Breakdown Structure, Organisation Breakdown Structure, Project Breakdown Structure, Cost Accounts, Work Packages, and Budget Elements which describe the full structure to be used in COBRA
• Make sure with Planning Engineer of the full coherence of COBRA structuring with the planning structuring
• Confirm with Project Financial Controller that all specific financial constraints (legal, tax…) are taken into account in the Budget structuring into COBRA
• Enter the reformatted As-Sold budget into COBRA in the original currencies
• Get all above outputs approved by PCM/PM and by Project Cost Control Manager

 Project closing :

• Issue the cost close-out report in liaison with Estimating department
• Participate in lessons learnt, feed-back and benchmark Process whenever requested

 Financial control (temporary – ONLY APPLICABLE TO PROJECTS NOT YET ON COBRA)

• In liaison with Accounting, reconcile Project ACWP and Accounting, and prepare and enter provisions into JDE
• Compute POC/WIP on a monthly basis and for all relevant entities
• Prepare Financial Report at net margin level and at relevant exchange rates
• In liaison with Finance, issue the Monthly Management Report and Long Term Cash Flow

3. INTERFACES

 Work in close co-operation with the Financial Controller, Project Planning Engineer, Estimating department, PCM (or PM if no PCM)
 Work with Management Reporting
