<p>Responsibilities:<br /> - Responsible for day-to-day accounting, preparing annuel financial statements and publication accounts for allocated<br /> client companies in the category Securitization SPV&apos;s (Special Purpose Vehicles). Experience with SICAR and fund<br /> structures would be a plus<br /> - Responsible for the preparation of interim reports, consolidation reports, cash reports and other financial results<br /> for these SPV companies in accordance with Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS or any other international accounting standard<br /> - Ensure that all tax calculations comply with local regulations<br /> - Work independently in all financial matters related to allocated clients, co-operate with others according to the<br /> needs of the accounting department<br /> - Day-to-day contact with the clients&apos; local and international advisors such as lawyers, tax advisors, auditors and<br /> investment managers<br /> - Assist and when needed provide training to junior accountants with day-to-day issues<br /> - Reporting to the Head of Accounting</p><img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/Travail-emploi/~4/340172405" height="1" width="1"/>
